Shipping Policy

Items that are shipped to a different billing address will be screened to determine that authenticity of the purchase.  All orders must contain valid phone numbers or they will not be shipped. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost/stolen/misplaced as a result of the shipper leaving a package without a signature.   We will not return any funds whatsover for items that were delivered and confirmed with a tracking number or signature. 

Return Policy  

For 30 days after the original date of the sale, you may return new and unopened products to us for a full refund minus any shipping charges.   Your order will come complete with instructions on how to send the product back for a refund. 

Products that have been opened and used will be subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to the original shipping charges.

If your product proves to be defective within the first 30 days of the sale, we will allow you to exchange the product provided you send the product back to our warehouse.  You are responsible for postage charges to the warehouse.   However, we will provide Free Shipping when it is delivered back to you.

We cannot offer refunds for used equipment, software, electronic charts or memory cards.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of sale.

Christmas Returns

If you purchase the product between November 26th and December 25th, we will only accept returns until January 15th, 2008.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 30 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued by the same method of payment used on the original order.
